Child Safety Policy

Last updated: November 10, 2024

At Scapu, the safety and wellbeing of young people using our platform are our highest priorities. We are committed to maintaining a safe, positive environment and to fully complying with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Scapu strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way. This includes but is not limited to grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, or any sexualized depiction of minors.

We immediately remove and report any such content or behavior to relevant authorities and industry reporting organizations.

2. User Reporting Mechanism

Users can report any content or behavior that may involve abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of a child by contacting our dedicated safety team at:

support@scapuapp.com

An in-app reporting system will also be introduced in upcoming versions of the app to make it easier for users to flag harmful content directly.

3. Moderation and Enforcement

All uploaded media (images, videos, or text-based "Pubs") are monitored through a combination of manual review and automated safety checks.

Violations of this policy result in permanent account suspension and content removal.

4. Compliance with Laws

Scapu complies with all applicable child protection and privacy laws, including those related to online child safety and mandatory reporting.

5. Safety Contact Point
